The 166th Airlift Wing of the Delaware Air National Guard plans to award a non‑competitive, firm‑fixed‑price task order to the original equipment manufacturer, Veteran Equipment Sales (VES), for the complete installation, integration, testing, start‑up, training, and commissioning of a government‑furnished heated semi‑down‑draft aircraft paint‑booth system with an attached mixing room, and optionally a VES‑certified NIOSH‑compliant personnel air shower at the Nose Dock Repair Facility in New Castle County, DE. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, materials, and factory‑certified personnel, and must ensure VES factory‑trained staff and a VES‑certified field engineer are on‑site to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Work must be completed within 60 calendar days of equipment availability, adhering to strict security, safety, environmental, and utility‑connection requirements. The Government will consider capability statements from other qualified sources to determine if any alternative contractors can meet the full scope and VES certification requirements.
