MUOS Satellite Simulator Maintenance

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, intends to award a sole source contract for the maintenance and support services of the W5 Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) satellite simulator. The contract will be awarded to W5 Technologies, Inc., but other interested sources may submit their qualification packages for review and approval. The scope of work includes maintenance and support for the W5 Mobile User Objective System through July 30, 2027. • The contract is for a fixed price. • The Government intends to make an award by the end of August 2026. • Interested sources must submit their qualification packages within 15 days of the publication of this notice. • The qualification package must include the contractor's name and phone number, a brief statement detailing capabilities, a list of names and phone numbers for which the contractor performed these services, and type of business information.
