The project includes work on water, sewer, and storm drainage utilities, as well as addressing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) driveway and sidewalk concerns. The selected consultant will be required to enter into a consultant services contract within fourteen days from the selection by the City Council. • The project requires recent and relevant experience on similar engineering projects. • The consultant will need to work in conjunction with the city to phase construction and address necessary needs. • The city will require final documents to place in the bidding plan set by no later than January 31, 2027. • The utility map of the area is included, and the consultant will need to identify and propose replacement of waterline, sewer line, and other utilities as needed. • The project design scope is expected to cover preliminary items such as identifying and proposing replacement of adequate amounts of waterline, sewer line, and other utilities, as well as addressing ADA driveway and sidewalk concerns.
