RFQ for Longitudinal Epoxy

The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for Washington County to secure services for the removal and installation of longitudinal epoxy marking within Washington County. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the existing longitudinal pavement markings and replacing them with ground-in, multi-component markings as shown in the plans. The scope of work includes deliverables such as filling out the Washington County Latex Striping Contract Log. The quote content should include signed Division A, Quote Submittal Form, and Responsible Contractor Certification. The evaluation criteria include a pass/fail review to determine if the contractor is compliant with all requirements of the RFQ and lowest cost. • The contractor must identify any potential conflict of interest it may have with the County or any other party or entity that may be affected by the terms of this RFQ and responsive quotes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety and health laws and regulations. • The contractor must maintain appropriate logging of remote access activity and shall review access permissions periodically to ensure continued appropriateness. • The contractor shall cooperate fully with the County in the investigation, mitigation, and remediation of any security incident.
