Cable Internet Services in Orlando, FL

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking a contractor to provide commercial cable internet services in Orlando, FL. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, parts, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to deliver commercial internet services. The requirement includes providing unlimited data internet access 24/7 with a minimum sustained bandwidth of at least 1,000 Megabits per second (Mbps) download and 1,000 Mbps upload speeds with unlimited data and full coverage. The contractor shall also procure, integrate, deliver, install, test, and maintain equipment necessary to provide internet connectivity to all identified locations. • The contractor shall provide unlimited data internet access 24/7 with a minimum sustained bandwidth of at least 1,000 Megabits per second (Mbps) download and 1,000 Mbps upload speeds with unlimited data and full coverage. • The contractor shall procure, integrate, deliver, install, test, and maintain equipment necessary to provide internet connectivity to all identified locations. • Service provider installation technicians shall not make alterations to existing infrastructure without the concurrence of the Contracting Officer. • The contractor shall be responsible for providing internet service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • Any scheduled service outages shall be coordinated with the onsite POC at least 7 days prior to the outage.
