BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT - BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH AND DIVING EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to fund applied biomedical research and diving‑equipment development aimed at improving diver health, safety, performance, deep‑diving capabilities, and submarine‑escape survivability.
