Food Service: UM Law School

The University of Michigan is seeking a supplier to provide food and beverages for the Law School faculty, staff, and students. The supplier will also have the opportunity to provide catering services to internal and external customers. The contract is expected to be for 7 years with 3 additional 1-year options. The supplier must provide high-quality food services that exceed the expectations of the University community and establish an operation that is financially self-sustaining. • The supplier must provide a comprehensive proposal that includes a menu, pricing, and a description of their concept and service levels. • The supplier must also provide information about their company, including their experience, qualifications, and financial stability. • The supplier must agree to participate in the University's sustainability initiatives and provide environmentally friendly products and services. • The supplier must also provide a plan for staffing, customer service, and marketing.
