The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide complete Proxy Voting Services for the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System (PMRS). The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive research and analysis of proxies, making proxy voting recommendations, and voting PMRS proxies in accordance with adopted guidelines. The contract will be for a term of five years. The scope of work includes providing an interactive electronic delivery system, customized quarterly reports, and recommendations for the development and revision of PMRS proxy voting guidelines. • Provide comprehensive research and analysis of proxies for approximately 850 companies in the PMRS domestic equity portfolio • Provide proxy voting recommendations in accordance with PMRS proxy voting guidelines • Provide the actual mechanism and capacity to vote PMRS proxies in accordance with adopted guidelines • Provide an interactive electronic delivery system to enable PMRS to access proxy analysis and recommendations • Provide customized quarterly reports summarizing proxy voting activity pertinent to the PMRS portfolio • Provide recommendations for the development and possible revision of PMRS proxy voting guidelines
