MSA Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Honeywell Posichek and Occupational Health Dynamics (OHD) Quantitfit System Equipment, Maintenance, Repair, Parts and Supplies

The City of Chicago is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive five‑year services contract for the supply, testing, calibration, repair, and parts support of MSA self‑contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), Honeywell Posichek test benches, and OHD Quantifit fit‑testing systems for the Chicago Fire Department. The contractor must be an authorized dealer for each manufacturer, deliver equipment and services to fire‑department facilities during standard business hours, and meet Chicago’s minority‑business participation goals. Key deliverables include new SCBA units, routine hydrostatic testing, calibration of testing equipment, repair labor, and parts replacement, all under a fixed‑price schedule with optional bid incentives. • Supply of new MSA SCBA units and accessories (cylinders, masks, CBRN canisters, etc.) • Maintenance, calibration, and repair services for Honeywell Posichek and OHD Quantifit equipment • Parts provisioning and on‑site support during weekday business hours • Compliance with MBE/WBE participation goals and required insurance & certification filings
