HVAC System Maintenance

The Alabama Department of Mental Health seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC system maintenance, repair, and installation services for the Taylor Hardin Secured Medical Facility in Tuscaloosa. The scope includes preventive‑maintenance on a large inventory of air‑handling units, rooftop units, VAV terminals, exhaust fans, water heaters, and related components, as well as emergency response, parts inventory, consumables, and technician training over a 24‑month base contract with possible extensions.
