SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT & SERVICES FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a broad range of supplies, equipment, and related services that support students with disabilities across its 44 campuses. The solicitation is open on a rolling basis, with proposals evaluated for placement on an approved vendor list that can be used for individual purchases through October 31 2028. Vendors must be able to meet the district’s purchasing policies, insurance requirements, and provide competitive pricing, discounts, and customer service. The contract term runs from the award date until the end of October 2028, with the possibility of month‑to‑month extensions if needed. • Provide specialized furniture, mobility aids, sensory integration tools, therapy equipment, instructional materials, assessment tools, and related services. • Offer training and professional‑development services for staff working with special‑education students. • Must accept Humble ISD purchase orders, credit cards, or other approved payment methods. • Required to maintain appropriate insurance (workers’ comp, general liability, auto, umbrella) and comply with district code of conduct. • Proposals reviewed on price, quality, vendor reputation, past district experience, and overall value; award may be to one or multiple vendors. • Annual district spend on these items exceeds $50,000; vendors can be added to the approved list on a rolling basis.
