Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is issuing an informal RFP to create a “catalog” of approved vendors that can supply special‑education related products, equipment, and related services on an as‑needed basis. The solicitation is multi‑award; multiple vendors will be added to the approved list and can receive purchase orders throughout the 2026‑2027 school year, with the possibility of extending the contract for three additional years (2027‑2030). Vendors must submit a full proposal package (conflict‑of‑interest questionnaire, W‑9, Form 1295, vendor data form, etc.) by the deadline. Discounts must include shipping and handling (FOB destination). The district will award contracts to vendors offering the best overall value and will notify successful proposers. No on‑site visits or pre‑bid meetings are required.
