Wyoming Life Resource Center Sanitary Sewer System Level I and Level II Studies

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a qualified engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive Level I Planning and Level II Feasibility Study for the Sanitary Sewer System at the Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander, WY. The goal of the study is to evaluate and design a remedy for the failing sanitary sewer infrastructure on the campus. The selected consultant will provide a study that includes Level I and II criteria, flow monitoring, condition assessment, capacity programming, alignment analysis, and system conversion. The project is expected to be completed by May 31, 2027. • The study will include a detailed analysis of factors relevant to development, construction, operation, and maintenance. • The consultant will identify major problems and opportunities concerning development and the environmental, social, and economic effects of development. • The consultant will provide a final concept design and cost estimates. • The consultant will include the project financing plan. • The consultant will identify the interests in land to be acquired and the proposed means and costs of acquisition.
