Description
The Borough of Metuchen is soliciting bids for its 2026 Road Program, which includes replacement of curbs, sidewalks, driveways, ADA‑compliant ramps, roadway base repairs, and milling, paving, and striping of streets throughout the borough. Bidders must provide a bid bond (minimum 10 % of the bid, capped at $20,000) and later furnish performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed is issued.
