Water Purification System with Two Modules for Drug Laboratory of the Albanian State Police (ASP)

The U.S. Embassy in Tirana, Albania is seeking a contractor to provide a bench-top water purification system with two modules for the Drug Laboratory of the Albanian State Police. The system should produce both Type II purified water and Type I ultrapure water from municipal tap water and support analytical laboratory applications. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order, and the prices listed should include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items. • The system should have a Reverse Osmosis (RO) module for purified feed water and an Ultrapure module for Type 1 water production. • The system should be designed for HPLC mobile phase preparation and general analytical laboratory use. • The RO production rate should be 10-20 liters/hour at approximately 15°C. • The system should have integrated activated carbon and sediment pre-filtration. • The RO product water conductivity should be less than 10 µS/cm at 25°C. • The system should have a conical bottom reservoir with automatic recirculation to maintain water quality. • The system should have an integrated CO₂/vent filter to reduce airborne contamination of stored water. • The Ultrapure water resistivity should be 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C. • The Total Organic Carbon (TOC) should be less than 5 ppb. • The system should have a 0.22 µm membrane filter for microbiological control. • The system should have an integrated direct dispensing point suitable for HPLC mobile phase preparation.
