The City of Lewiston seeks a qualified vendor to install, calibrate, and operate continuous flow‑metering equipment on its eight combined sewer overflow (CSO) outfall pipes and to provide accurate, real‑time flow data for a three‑year period, with the possibility of three one‑year extensions.
