Description
Murray State University is seeking qualified vendors to provide a price‑based rental contract for new golf carts (2‑passenger, 2‑passenger with cargo bed, and larger 4‑/6‑passenger models) to support a series of campus events during the 2022‑2023 academic year. The contract is non‑exclusive, may be awarded to multiple vendors, and runs for one year with optional renewal. Vendors must indicate availability, notice periods, and unit quantities, and must include delivery (FOB Murray State) in the quoted rates. Evaluation will be 70 % price and 30 % equipment availability.
