Court Reporter Services

The City of Pasadena is seeking court reporter services for the Office of the City Attorney/Prosecutor. The selected contractor will provide certified shorthand reporters, facilities, equipment, and resources to perform court reporting services. The contractor must have experience providing similar services to government entities and demonstrate the ability to provide real-time videography, interpreters, online transcripts, and video streaming. The contract will be for an initial term of three years with two optional one-year extension periods. • The contractor must provide certified shorthand reporters through the Court Reporters Board of California. • The contractor must have facilities, equipment, and resources to perform court reporting services. • The contractor must be able to provide real-time videography, interpreters, online transcripts, and video streaming. • The contractor must demonstrate experience providing similar services to government entities. • The contractor must be available to provide services as needed. • The contractor must be able to conduct services remotely. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to provide timely, accurate, and next-day service. • The contractor must provide transcripts and reproduction capacity. • The contractor must provide two training sessions for City of Pasadena staff for electronic solutions or online web-based services.
