Description
The Defense Health Agency’s Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver a full catalog of branded donor‑incentive items (t‑shirts, sweatshirts, caps, beanies, tumblers, journals, totes, duffel bags, and backpacks) for 21 military treatment facility donor centers worldwide. The contract is an IDIQ with a 12‑month base period and up to four additional 12‑month options. The vendor must meet strict military branding, Pantone color‑matching, and durability standards, provide graphic‑design support, submit pre‑production samples for approval, and ship directly to each donor center. All orders will be placed via a formal task‑order process, with monthly performance reporting and compliance with DFARS invoicing through WAWF.
