TMCC - EPIC Course Guide Printing & Mailing

The Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service printing and mailing of its EPIC course guide materials. The scope includes design‑to‑print production, quality control, and direct mailing of the guides to students and staff. Vendors must submit samples of comparable work and will be evaluated on experience, cost, and ability to meet the tight delivery schedule. The contract will be awarded shortly after the bid closing date, with work to commence upon award. • Print production of EPIC course guides (size, quantity to be detailed in the Statement of Work). • Quality assurance and proofing prior to print run. • Mailing and distribution to designated TMCC addresses. • Submission of sample work by October 13, 2026. • Electronic bid submission only; hard‑copy bids not accepted.
