Business Center Operations

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking proposals for the operation of the Business Center in three locations at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The successful proposer will provide business services to support exhibitors, attendees, and show management, including exclusive and non-exclusive services such as office supplies, photocopying, and shipping. The contract will have an initial term of 5 years, with two optional 5-year extensions. The proposer will be responsible for furnishing and maintaining all necessary equipment and providing sufficient staffing to operate the Business Center. • The Business Center will be operated in three locations: West Hall, Central Concourse, and South Hall. • The proposer will be required to provide a range of services, including office supplies, photocopying, and shipping. • The contract will have an initial term of 5 years, with two optional 5-year extensions. • The proposer will be responsible for furnishing and maintaining all necessary equipment and providing sufficient staffing to operate the Business Center. • The proposer will be required to submit a financial proposal, including a fixed fee or revenue-sharing arrangement. • The proposer will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, health and safety, and environmental protection.
