VIPR I-BPA for Fuel Tender for the West Zone (Regions 5 & 6)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS) is seeking vendors to provide Fuel Tender services for the West Zone, specifically Regions 5 and 6. The vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, lodging, and fully managed, supervised, trained, and certified personnel necessary to meet or exceed agreement specifications. The resources awarded under this solicitation may be used for local, regional, and national fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed fire project work. • The solicitation is open to small business concerns, with multiple awards expected to be made on a competitive basis. • Vendors must meet specific requirements, including maintaining a valid email address, possessing a valid Unique Entity ID, and having an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. • The contract will be awarded for a period of one year, with the option for annual renewals. • The vendor will be required to provide a minimum of eight pictures/files of the Fuel Tender resource, including pictures of the entire vehicle, manufacturer's vehicle data plate, and certified meters. • The vendor will be evaluated based on factors such as operational acceptability, price reasonableness, and past performance dependability risk.
