Description
DASNY has entered into a 5-year contract with BD/Pyxis for MedStations without a comprehensive competitive process. OMH will only be financially responsible for the support of the MedStations. The opportunity was not offered competitively because the President, his or her designee determined that a competitive procurement process was impractical for this contract.
