Description

Denver Economic Development & Opportunity is seeking proposals from employers, industry associations, and training providers to deliver workforce‑development training for incumbent (currently employed) workers in Denver. The program aims to up‑skill employees so they can retain their jobs or advance within their employer, with funding available from both city general funds and state ARPA‑WIG funds. Successful proposers will design and implement training curricula, manage reimbursements, and meet strict retention and reporting requirements.

$250,000 – $1,000,000

The solicitation’s total anticipated funding is $1.6 million, with typical award sizes ranging from $250 k to $1 M. Assuming a single contractor wins a primary award, the expected budget would fall between $250,000 and $1,000,000, depending on scope, number of participants, and whether the award is funded via city general funds ($1 M ceiling) or ARPA funds ($600 k ceiling).
