AMENDMENT 01 (12 Sep 2025) Maintain and Inspect Radio Towers at 5 Missile Alert Fields and Bldg 3650

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to maintain and inspect radio towers at five Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and Bldg 3650. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to maintain the radio towers, including aircraft warning lights, tower structure, and radio tower foundations. Key aspects of the job include: • Maintaining radio towers at secure sites under the control of F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming • Inspecting towers, which are approximately 200’ in height and self-supported • Providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation • Complying with NIST SP 800-171 assessment and submitting a plan of improvement if the score is below 110 • Submitting offers via electronic means only, with a validity period of 60 calendar days from quote receipt
