Special Notice of Exception to the Fair Opportunity Process Environmental Impact Statement for Basing KC-46 Pegasus Squadron at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Harrison Township, Michigan

The U.S. Army Engineer District, Corps of Engineers is seeking to modify an existing contract with SRS-Alliant to change the level of effort from an Environmental Assessment (EA) to an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB) in Michigan. The modification is due to the addition of the F-15EX Eagle II mission to the base, which requires a more comprehensive environmental analysis. The contractor will be responsible for producing an EIS that includes all necessary information to substantiate that the Department of Air Force has taken a "hard look" at the relevant environmental effects associated with the proposed action and alternatives.
