The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking a qualified advertising, creative, and production firm to provide agency of record work. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a range of services, including advertising, creative, and production work. The RTAA reserves the right to negotiate additional services and extend the duration of the Agreement as needed. • The RTAA is looking for a firm with experience in providing advertising, creative, and production services. • The selected firm will be required to submit a Proposal via the Nevada Government eMarketplace website. • The RTAA reserves the right to conduct reference checks, additional interviews, or individual interviews with the assigned lead principal(s) to obtain additional information about the team. • The decision as to the process, timing, and selection will be at the discretion of the RTAA. • The successful Respondent will be invited to enter negotiations with the RTAA once a Notice of Intent to Award has been issued.
