The City of Denton is seeking a qualified vendor to design, procure, install, and commission a Distributed Control System (DCS) and Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) for three 60,000‑gallon storage tanks at the Denton Energy Center. The contract covers full‑scope work including hardware procurement, cable and conduit installation, instrument wiring, integration with existing DCS, testing, and commissioning, as well as documentation and warranty support. The vendor must coordinate with the city’s engineers, OEM representatives, and comply with all applicable codes, safety standards, and quality‑assurance procedures. Evaluation will consider schedule, technical compliance, past performance, and total cost of ownership.

• Provide procurement, handling, and installation of all instruments (level transmitters, flow meters, pressure indicators, etc.).
• Conduct integration testing via Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, or Ethernet protocols and return test devices.
• Perform detailed documentation: one‑line diagrams, device lists, wiring schematics, and as‑built records.
• Coordinate with manufacturer field service reps for technical assistance, inspection, and startup support.
• Meet stringent safety, quality, and inspection requirements; maintain accurate field records for payment approval.
