Custodial and Graffiti Removal Services at Regional Transportation Districts (RTD) Light Rail Stations (20% SBE Goal)

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and graffiti removal services at RTD light rail stations. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the stations, including removing graffiti and performing other custodial tasks. The contract will have a term of three years, with two optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to submit a monthly invoice for services performed. A pre-proposal briefing will be held on May 6, 2026, and proposals are due by May 27, 2026. • The contract requires the contractor to provide a Custodial Plan, Graffiti Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Staffing Plan. • The contractor must have experience in performing similar services, particularly with government entities. • The contractor must comply with RTD's Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program requirements, including a 20% SBE participation goal. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by RTD. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
