Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to lease approximately 1950 gross square feet of office space in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The lease term will be for 5 years with an option for an additional 5-year term. The space must meet certain requirements, including being located in a prime commercial office district, having a minimum of 1700 square feet, and being accessible to the public. The successful offeror will be required to provide a lease proposal, including a rental rate per square foot, and to comply with various federal regulations and standards. Some key requirements include:
• Providing 24-hour unrestricted access to the leased space
• Offering rights to use an access road to access the leased space
• Providing electricity
• Ensuring the space is not located in a 100-year floodplain or wetland
• Meeting Government requirements for security, fire life safety, and handicapped accessibility
• Allowing the Government to have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
