The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified vendor to lease and operate the main‑level café space in the Skyline Center building. The vendor will be responsible for all day‑to‑day café operations, including staffing, inventory management, point‑of‑sale system, cleaning, equipment maintenance, licensing, insurance, and marketing, while adhering to city‑provided equipment and fixtures. The lease term is one year with two optional renewal years, and the vendor must propose a monthly lease fee. • Operate a grab‑and‑go coffee and snack café (no commercial kitchen) within the Skyline Center premises. • Provide all staff, supplies, POS hardware/software, internet service, and maintain the interior cleanliness and equipment. • Obtain required health licenses, maintain extensive insurance coverage, and develop a marketing plan to attract building occupants and visitors.
