Local Voice and Data Circuits for the Redstone Arsenal, AL.

This solicitation is an RFQ for the provision, installation, and ongoing support of local voice and data circuits at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The contractor must be a facilities‑based local exchange carrier certified by the State of Alabama and will be responsible for delivering all circuits listed in Appendix 10 of the SOW, providing installation/cut‑over, a base‑year of service, and up to four optional one‑year extensions. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, includes requirements for emergency (E911/311) services, operator assistance, diverse routing, and 24/7 outage response with defined restoration times. The Government supplies rack space; the contractor supplies all transmission equipment, cabling, testing, and maintenance. The award will be made to the most advantageous offer based on price, technical capability, and past performance.
