The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide local voice and data circuits and domestic long distance access for the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, test equipment, and design needed to perform and provide local access and transport services to designated demarcation points and destinations. The services shall include local exchange access, analog and digital access transport services, and inter/intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) interconnect functions. The contractor shall also provide operator assistance, directory assistance, and emergency E911 services. • The contractor must be a facilities-based incumbent or competitive local exchange carrier certified by the State of California to provide local exchange services. • The contractor must provide a detailed narrative and network diagram describing their facilities, network, and infrastructure to deliver the services. • The contractor must provide past performance information from recent contracts performed within the last three years. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the attached price quotation spreadsheet, including their prices and all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety codes and regulations.
