Subsidized Housing for Specialty Courts

Marion County is seeking a provider to offer subsidized housing for specialty court participants. The selected provider will be responsible for providing financial rental assistance for the participants. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, from 2025 to 2027. The provider will need to provide housing services for four courts: Adult Drug Court, Family Drug Court (FATC), Adult Mental Health Court, and Veterans Treatment Court. • The provider must be able to provide financial rental assistance for the participants. • The provider must be able to provide housing services for the four specified courts. • The provider must be able to work with the county to ensure that the housing services are provided in a timely and efficient manner. • The provider must be able to provide documentation and reporting as required by the county. • The provider must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
