The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá seeks a qualified A/E firm to perform a comprehensive structural assessment and safety‑coordination review of its existing compound warehouse and recycling center, including roof‑anchor feasibility for permanent fall‑protection points. The effort will produce a full set of construction documents, cost estimates, and a maintenance program to support future upgrades and ensure compliance with life‑safety and seismic standards.
