The State of Maine is seeking a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) to provide comprehensive quality‑management and support services for its Aging and Disability Services programs. The contractor will redesign and operate reportable‑event intake, triage, routing, and resolution workflows; manage grievance and consumer‑complaint processes; produce required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; provide a part‑time on‑site project manager in Maine; and deliver training and technical assistance to providers. Optional services include surge‑review provider visits, data‑entry support, and special projects. • Manage ~30,000 reportable events annually with 1‑day triage and routing requirements. • Process ~1,000 grievances/complaints per year, acknowledge in writing, and resolve within 90 days. • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance‑measure reports using existing state systems (Evergreen, LTSS SharePoint). • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state privacy statutes, and MaineIT security policies. • Provide part‑time on‑site project‑manager presence and optional on‑site provider surge reviews.
