Public Relations Services

The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide public relations services to promote the city as a tourist destination and support the growth of the city's tourism economy. The selected respondent will be responsible for developing a media strategy, generating unpaid feature articles in travel and tourism publications, and providing monthly status reports. The city is looking for a respondent with experience in providing similar services to cities or towns in Texas. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The respondent will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach and experience. • The respondent will be required to provide a price proposal for the services. • The city reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from respondents. • The city reserves the right to award one, multiple, or no contracts under this procurement.
