Athletic Apparel, Gear, Accessories and Sponsorships

Tennessee State University is seeking proposals from experienced athletic suppliers to provide a full range of athletic apparel, equipment, uniforms, footwear, and accessories. The successful bidder will provide sponsorship to the TSU Athletic Department and enter a five-year automatic renewable contract. The contract requires the vendor to have inclusive sizing capability, provide men's and women's cuts in uniforms and apparel, and ensure timely delivery of stock, custom, and modified apparel. The vendor must also maintain a business establishment with adequate inventories and be capable of processing and shipping large numbers of various orders. • The contract will be for a five-year term with the option to renew for an additional five years. • The vendor will be required to provide a certificate from the manufacturer acknowledging the authorization of the dealership. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to minority participation and diversity. • The contract will be awarded to the best, responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder. • The university reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicality in bids received.
