Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Madison County Courthouse Project

The Madison County Commission is seeking a qualified firm to provide Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the Madison County Courthouse project. The selected firm will be responsible for planning, design, construction, and commissioning of the new courthouse. The scope of work includes preconstruction services, design phase cost estimating, and development of project phasing. The firm will also provide all design services, construction administration services, and serve as the County's Architect of Record for the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing planning, design, and construction administration services • Ensuring a successful project with optimal facility performance, quality, and value for the County • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the County • Collaborating with a small team of individuals from the County, the County's Owner Representative, and representatives of the 23rd Judicial Circuit.
