RTC COMMUNITY MOBILITY PROJECT

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking applications from qualified non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations to provide mobility services under the Community Mobility Project, a reimbursement program to match eligible transportation expenses. The project aims to provide transportation service options to eligible residents. Applicants must submit their applications through the NGEM website in electronic format. The application package includes several attachments, such as a signed obligation certificate, service overview, and financial and managerial capability, as well as a budget worksheet and other required documents. • The application deadline is 4/7/2026 03:00 PM (PT). • The question deadline is 3/17/2026 03:00 PM (PT). • The RTC will post responses to questions on the NGEM website by 3/24/2026 06:00 PM (PT). • The project requires the applicant to provide mobility services, including transportation options for eligible residents. • The applicant must also comply with the requirements of the Certificate of Insurance as stated in the Sample Contract. • The applicant must acknowledge that they are not currently engaged in, and agree for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel.
