63--ADO FIRE AND SECURITY MONITORING SERVICE

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide fire and security monitoring services for three locations in Anchorage, AK, and Glennallen, AK. The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7/365 monitoring and dispatch services for fire and security alarm systems, as well as installing and maintaining radio dialers for certain panels. The BLM will provide contact information, property access, and troubleshooting and repairs for fire or security panels and connected devices. The contractor will provide activity reports, phone support, and test reports as needed. • The contractor must provide human operators available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. • The contractor must install and lease radio dialers for certain panels and maintain, repair, or replace them as needed. • The contractor must provide monitoring and dispatch services for fire and security alarm systems. • The contractor must provide activity reports, phone support, and test reports as needed.
