Sources Sought- Kenosha CBOC Lease

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for leased medical space in the Kenosha area of Wisconsin. The space must meet specific criteria, including a lease for up to 10 years, occupancy by July 2026, and at least 9116 rentable square feet. The proposed property must also meet Federal and Local Government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Interested offerors must submit information concerning their properties, including proposed property address, cost advantages, and ability to meet all the Government's requirements. • The lease term is up to 10 years with a five-year firm term. • The space must be contiguous and on no more than one floor. • On-site parking for a minimum of 50 vehicles is required. • The proposed property must be outside the 100-year flood plain and meet Federal and Local Government requirements. • A fully serviced lease is required. • The proposed property must be zoned for VA's intended use. • The proposed property must be within the delineated area.
