The United States Coast Guard is seeking information on technologies and services that can support Maritime Domain Dominance (MDD) Operational Concepts. The Coast Guard desires unified, real-time MDD solutions that establish a "detect-to-act" pipeline connecting every cutter, small boat, aircraft, unmanned system, and sensors that are networked to operators and command centers. The goal is to achieve faster, more accurate identification and warning of threats along U.S. borders and maritime approaches. The Coast Guard is looking for a holistic and/or collection of capabilities to achieve this desired outcome. Some key areas of interest include: • Technologies that can contribute to solving Maritime Domain Dominance • Technical descriptions of the technology or service, including imagery as applicable • Description of how the technology or service works, including theory of operation and how it supports "sense, decide, and act" operations • Description of how the technology or service can provide real-time situational awareness and actionable intelligence to Coast Guard assets • Description of how the technology or service can fuse diverse sensor/information inputs into a "single pane of glass" Command and Control (C2) solution
