The State of Tennessee is seeking a contractor to provide shuttle services for its employees. The contractor will be responsible for providing weekday shuttle services, on-call shuttle services, and special event transportation services. The contractor must provide vehicles that meet certain requirements, including being equipped with air conditioning and heating, and having two-way radio communication devices. The contractor must also ensure that all drivers are familiar with the routes and schedules to which they are assigned and that they only permit authorized passengers to board the shuttle. • The contract term is for three years with two options to renew. • The contractor must provide a minimum of 13 multi-passenger shuttles, including one ADA-compliant vehicle. • The contractor must provide transportation services for special events using minibuses and/or motor coaches. • The contractor must maintain vehicle maintenance and upkeep records and provide them to the State annually.
