Clear Renewable Diesel As Needed

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking a single supplier to provide renewable diesel fuel (both clear and red‑dye) on an as‑needed basis for municipal operations. The contract will be awarded for an initial one‑year term, renewable up to four additional one‑year terms (maximum five years), with deliveries required within 48 hours of each purchase order. Pricing is based on the June 16, 2026 OPIS reference price plus a vendor markup per gallon; the City will consider prompt‑payment discounts. The supplier must meet ASTM D975 and CARB specifications, hold appropriate insurance, provide MSDS, and comply with living‑wage and Section 889 requirements.
