Texas City New Replacing Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a lease for approximately 37,125 rentable square feet of contiguous space in the Texas City area. The space will be used for a medical/clinical facility, including primary care and mental health services. The lease term will be 20 years, with 10 years firm and 10 years soft. The lessor is responsible for providing a fully serviced lease, including cleaning and janitorial services, heating and cooling, electrical and plumbing, and other miscellaneous amenities.
