Small Unmanned Aerial Systems Charging Connector/Interface

The U.S. Army C5ISR Center Power Division is issuing a Request for Information to gather data on existing or developable charging connector/interface solutions for small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) in Groups 1 and 2. The goal is to identify a standard Army‑wide charger or family of chargers that can reduce the logistical burden of multiple proprietary battery‑charger interfaces currently in use. Respondents must submit a comprehensive information package covering mechanical dimensions, electrical specifications, data‑communication protocols, testing and certification status, and data‑rights/Intellectual Property terms. This RFI is purely informational; no contract will be awarded, nor will any payment be made for the responses.
