Budget estimate

$400,000 – $600,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on the scope (≈800,000 letters), a modest printing cost of $0.10 per piece plus $0.05 for envelopes and $0.45 for postage yields roughly $0.60 per unit, or about $480,000. Adding setup, proofing, and administrative overhead could raise the total to $500‑$550 K. Therefore a realistic budget range is $400,000 – $600,000, depending on negotiated unit rates and actual postage costs.
