The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for a multi-agency office space in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, and custodial materials and supplies. The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and will last for up to 6 years. The contractor must provide proof of insurance and meet all requirements outlined in the RFP. • Must be able to provide custodial services for a 40,000 square foot office space • Must be able to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and custodial materials and supplies • Must have proof of insurance, including Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation Insurance, and Private Automobile Liability Insurance • Must be available to start work by April 1, 2026 • Must provide three professional references • Must be the sole employer and responsible for all payroll, payroll taxes, Workers’ Compensation, and Unemployment costs
