Description
The City of Presque Isle’s International Airport seeks a full‑service A‑E firm to review existing 5‑unit T‑hangar drawings and specifications, update them to current codes, and produce a detailed construction cost estimate for a duplicate hangar to be built in 2027. The scope includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing design review and a cost estimating package that must be accurate within ±10 % of the final engineer’s estimate. The firm must provide qualifications, references, and a technical approach, and must meet specified insurance minimums.
